Bought a new house

Hello to all,

We closed on our new house on Swan Drive on Friday Oct 2, 2009.

Here is a little background on our "investment".

It was built in 1971 and lived in by the same couple all 38 years, and was never updated in those 38 years. It is a Spanish style, which we hope to change, single level Ranch. 2000 finished square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1 fireplace, 3 car garage on about .4 acres.

It is our 15-year project, we are hoping to make it ours with a laundry list of projects. I will try to update this blog with what are are doing to the house and interesting things we come across during the process.
